Prima prepariamo le salcicce le facciamo bollire in acqua fino a quando sono cotte, nella pentola possiamo mettere uno spicchio di sedano e del prezzemolo una volta cotte vanno scolate e saltate in padella con aglio olio, rosmarino e salvia un pizzico di sale pepe.
